What is an “Unable to Load” error?

This error can occur when a reward is attempting to load but is unable to. In most cases, this is due to network connectivity. If a device has a poor connection or switches networks during this load time, the “unable to load” notification will show. This can often be solved by restarting the app, restarting the phone and in rare cases, reinstalling the app.
